After completing.a short questionnaire, I will arrange a time with you to complete an assessment of your booking support needs across a 48 hour period.

During this period I will assess the volume of enquiries, enquiry to appointment conversion rate, current booking metrics and the quality of clientele and requests (level of screening and deposits taken).

I will additionally look at overall communication and how your hours and advertising support your professional work.

Personal Assistant for all bookings. Acting as the first and only point-of-contact, I manage all communication through mobile, landline and email address,.

I will work with you to manage your booking hours, response etiquette, and more specific details such as taking deposits and how I will communicate new bookings as they come through.

This is my most popular level support and is invoiced at a fixed rate weekly - I do not take a commission!

Executive Assistant for all bookings, marketing, touring and other/additional needs. This is the highest level of support and my service aligns for this reason.

In addition to being your first and only point-of-contact for all bookings, I will extensively manage all of your advertising and social media accounts and work with you closely on tours.

This level of service provides an non-exhaustive list of services, so is invoiced as a % of your total business.
